COLLAGE IS A SUPERPOWER 2025

Artists will be using their own 15 images plus my stock images to learn this non toxic transfer system.
I will introduce you to digital aluminum panel, mill finish patina aluminum, PETG plexi, reg plexi. Optimized DASS YUPO, prepared canvas, and other creative substrates.
Images will be printed with PIGMENT INK printer, as this system does not work with home ink jet DYE printers.
You will learn how you can liberate your digital images from flat paper by transferring them to these creative substrates. Your images can become 3d sculptures , attached to working acrylic paintings on canvas or used in other inventive projects .

Two day workshop :$385. Materials and printing fee:150. Free Third day studio time available to finish projects. Limited to 8 ,

This workshop would be of interest to photographers, mixed media artists, mixed media jewelers, painters who use acrylics, mixed media sculptors.

Similar workshops at Anderson Ranch, Eastman House, Penland , Santa Fe and other fine arts schools will cost more than three times the price of this event. The cost is only lower because I live locally and don’t have to travel. And because of my sincere intent to share these amazing new systems with others.
These are fresh, well vetted and always advancing systems, supported by three text books and many videos by Bonny Lahotka, inventor/artist and my sincere friend.
Bonny has been very supportive of my research and art over the years and I wish to do so for others . At this time she no longer teaches in her Boulder studio.She is currently totally busy with commission murals for hospitals and institutions including Disney.

I am a pioneer , using DASS WONDERSAUCE from its first introduction in 2015.
So I have many years of boots on the ground in the studio, making lots of mistakes and even more successes. WS image collage is my specific invention .
This is an interactive learning workshop and I have a syllabus/outline that will be my gift to you.
