LAKE WORTH BEACH COMMUNITY REDEVELOMENT AGENCY
FINDINGS AND PROCEDURE FOR PUBLIC MEETING

The Lake Worth Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”) Commission is holding a public meeting on March 16, 2021. Due to the State of Emergency in Palm Beach County, and the need to limit capacity at the CRA’s meeting location, the CRA is providing the public with the ability to observe the meeting via Zoom.
In order to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of the CRA’s clients and employees, the CRA finds that it is in the best interest of the CRA, its officials, employees, and members of the public to limit the in-person attendance to only CRA Commissioners and employees.

The public meeting will take place at the HATCH, 1121 Lucerne Avenue, Lake Worth Beach, Florida; however, the building will remain closed to the public.
A copy of the Agenda for this Virtual Meeting is posted outside at the CRA Offices, 1121 Lucerne Avenue, Lake Worth Beach, Florida 33460 and on the CRA’s website www.lakeworthcra.org

• Any comments (3-minute limit) related to any item on the agenda or non agendaed items can be submitted to the CRA no later than 5PM on Monday, March 15 via the following e-mail address: etheodossakos@lakeworthbeachfl.gov
